Harvey is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for its Command Center and internal admin platform. This critical operational control surface allows enterprise administrators to monitor adoption and usage, manage users and access, and steer their organization's deployment of Harvey at scale. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Security, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure the Command Center meets the rigorous requirements of large, regulated enterprises. This high-visibility role offers a significant opportunity to shape the team and product as Harvey's enterprise footprint expands, directly impacting the company's ability to land and expand within complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center, covering usage analytics, administrative controls, and organizational governance.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences for large enterprise customers.
- Engage with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams to understand admin pain points, reporting, governance, and integration needs, translating insights into product investments.
- Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage to inform prioritization and measure success.
- Design dashboards, reporting, and controls to provide actionable visibility into product usage data for administrators and leadership.
- Drive stakeholder alignment on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope, communicating effectively at executive and working-team levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise admin, analytics, and governance domains, including usage reporting, identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), audit logging, and access controls.
- Possess a technical background or a strong desire to understand engineering design and trade-offs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, collaborating with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and articulate product vision to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
