About the job
As a Partners Solutions Architect on the Applied AI team, you will be a Pre-Sales architect focused on cultivating technical relationships with our Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs), and our cloud partners (AWS and GCP). You will strengthen our relationships with key partners to accelerate indirect revenue, enable their AI practices, and execute on long-term Go-To-Market strategy. This role involves being a technical thought partner, collaborating on joint solutions, supporting customer deals, and representing Anthropic at partner events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team, understanding the partner landscape and driving strategic programs.
- Enable GSI and cloud partner technical teams, troubleshoot issues, evangelize Anthropic, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with partners to identify GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures.
- Provide deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, lead or support developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic's products and offerings from partner use cases to inform product roadmap and partner strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
- Proven track record of partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Experience with cross-organizational collaboration, managing trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
- Enthusiasm for using technology safely and beneficially to advance safe AI systems.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range: £165,000 — £190,000 GBP (On Target Earnings for sales roles, including commissions/bonuses and base salary).
