This role serves as the operational core of our global mobility efforts, managing business travel compliance, including visas, posted worker and social security obligations, and cross-border documentation. You will also oversee entity transfers as the company expands and support various mobility programs like relocations, international assignments, and short-term placements, along with associated project work.
Responsibilities
- Manage business travel compliance cases from start to finish, including business visas, posted worker directives, and social security registrations.
- Support employees throughout relocation and assignment processes, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of entity transfers, ensuring a seamless employee experience and timely stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the first point of contact for global mobility inquiries from employees, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Hold external providers accountable for their commitments and service delivery.
- Undertake project work to enhance global mobility programs, such as policy updates or implementing new providers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in global mobility, with demonstrated ownership of cases.
- Exceptional responsiveness and a proactive approach to communication.
- Ability to explain complex processes, such as visa procedures, clearly and concisely in writing.
- A proactive mindset focused on identifying and implementing repeatable solutions to improve efficiency.

- Annual compensation range: $135,000 - $180,000 USD
